The last person remains back on the ship before it sinks. Or is he the first person on the ship, before it sails? 

Originating as a site-specific action, this film became an attempt to visualize the physical and mental state of a lonely man in a vast empty space, and explore this story in terms of three chapters, Hope, Void and Doom.

Shot on the brutalist campus of Ruhr University, Bochum, the process of shooting became an immediate reaction to the architecture around, within which the artists were camping for a period of two weeks.
